Black paper boards with beige quarter cloth spine, and brown titling on spine. Head and tail of spine are bumped in with small closed tears from handling, text block shows yellowing on fore-edge, and minor soil spot on base of fore-edge. Otherwise, tight and clean with the light toning to pages often found in a book club edition. In original, good DJ showing swordsman battling bird-figure.
